You will be eligible to apply for the scholarship in 2022.
Currently, the deadline for the scholarship is 31st August 2021. However, you will receive the offer letter at a later date. So, apply for the scholarship next year.

Please mention in your application that the scores are not a requirement for your program and university. Your application will be evaluated accordingly. As for the document upload, it is not mandatory to upload the document as many universities have waived off the requirement. Therefore, we have made the changes to the requirement according to that.

The deadline for the scholarship is 31st August 2021. You can apply to universities till then. If you get shortlisted, we will confirm the university you will finally attend, so that we know the funds are being used for its designated use.
If you are not looking to apply to any university this year, I suggest applying for the scholarship when you have finalized and applied to a few universities.

I have not given any IELTS,GRE,GMAT,TOFEL. I have given Duolingo. so it is valid for scholarship.

If your university is accepting Duolingo scores, then you can post those scores. If your university does not require English Proficiency test scores then mention the same in your application. Your application will be evaluated accordingly.
