How strict is UB’s incoming freshman gpa?

im looking to apply to UB (next year hs senior) but my gpa is on the lower side. according to online sources most people has a 90+ high school gpa. what are the chances i get accepted into UB? looking to get into business btw

for reference, i have a 83.6 unweighted (87.7 weighted, 3 AP 1 H), 740M/710R+W SAT, not much to put on extracurriculars
