What are some good options for universities in the USA that don’t charge any application fees and send the I-20 form quickly? I mean in 10 days or so?

However, I hardly think there will be any reputed or even decent university that would make a decision within 10 days let alone send I-20s. Usually, the whole process takes 2-3 months. There could be some university with low scrutiny that would do it in 1 month but going to such universities and spending Course Fee in such places is not a prudent choice.
