Planning to apply for comp sci in Aus, stuck between Monash and UniMelb 
Anyone know which one’s actually better for jobs, teaching, and like… overall vibes?
Depends what you want. UniMelb is more academic + research focused, ranks higher globally too. If you are into theory-heavy stuff or maybe thinking PhD later, it’s a good bet. Monash has a strong industry connect, especially for internships and co-op kind of programs. Also Monash CS dept is super active in AI and data science now.
