Hey! I’m planning to apply for my master’s soon and GRE is one of the requirements. Just wondering if anyone knows where I can find a course or any gre material free online? Would really help if it’s something beginner-friendly.
Yeah totally get that! I started looking into GRE prep last month. There’s a free course on Magoosh’s YouTube channel that’s pretty solid to begin with. They also have vocab flashcards (also free) which I found super useful. Just search “Magoosh GRE” and it should pop up.
Adding to that — ETS, the official site, gives out a free GRE prep book (the “PowerPrep” stuff) with real practice questions. I downloaded the PDFs and used the two full-length tests they offer for practice. It’s honestly a good place to get used to the actual question format.
Also, if you’re on Reddit, r/GRE has a pinned mega thread with links to free resources — like word lists, practice tests, even full prep books. I found some Kaplan and Manhattan books there too. It’s a bit scattered but definitely worth checking out if you’re trying to gather gre material free.
