Hey, just trying to figure out when I should start applying to US colleges for Fall 2026. Also, what’s the last date to apply for US universities if I want to try through early action?

Yup same… early action is non-binding btw, so it’s chill if u get in & change ur mind. Regular deadlines are usually in Jan. But better to apply early if u can, less stress + better shot at aid sometimes.

For early action/early decision, the last dates usually fall on November 1st or 15th, 2025, depending on the college. Regular deadlines are mostly in December–January, though some schools keep it open till March.

Best thing is to start preparing your SOP, LORs, and tests (IELTS/TOEFL/GRE if needed) by mid-2025 so you’re ready to apply as soon as applications open. That way you won’t miss out on early action deadlines in November.
