What's the tuition fee for Mechanical Engineering at Lewis University?

Anyone got an idea of the Lewis University tuition for Mechanical Engineering undergrad? Thinking about applying but need to figure out if it’s affordable or not. Is it a good option overall?

Lewis university tuition is around $38,000 per year :grimacing: that’s just tuition, btw. Housing nd other extra things not included. But they do offer some merit scholarships if your grades are solid. Not too popular for ME but decent if you wanna stay around Illinois.

Hey @rasodemekontha Lewis University’s tuition for undergrad (including Mechanical Engineering) is roughly around $39k–$40k per year for tuition alone.
Living costs, meals, and other fees can add another $12k–$15k depending on your lifestyle.

As for the program itself it’s a smaller university, so class sizes are more personal, and you get good faculty interaction. But it’s not as research-heavy or globally ranked as some big engineering schools. If you’re looking for a close-knit campus with decent industry connections in Illinois, it’s worth considering but do compare scholarships and assistantship options before deciding.

At Lewis University, the tuition fee for the Mechanical Engineering course is USD 16,390 per year, living expenses are USD 11,000,and health insurance is USD 200.
