University rejections even after applying to more than 10 universities carefully, what to do next?

I have a strong profile (8.98 CGPA, 8 IELTS, 10 months work experience in software development, 3-year Data Science bachelor’s). I applied to 10 public universities for AI/Data Science Master’s programs(through counsellor) and was rejected by all, receiving a low application rank without specific feedback.

Could my 3-year bachelor’s degree be the reason? How can I improve my chances for winter semester applications? Please help me!

I don’t think a 3 year bachelor’s degree is the reason for rejection but one thing I can suggest is to check thoroughly the university requirements by going through the universities you wish to apply for as different universities have different requirements for different courses too, and you need to do some proper research on your own so you arent misguided.
