The University of Leeds has launched the International Excellence Scholarship 2026, an exciting opportunity for Indian students aiming to pursue postgraduate studies in the UK.
Scholarship Highlights
- Up to 50% tuition fee reduction through 500 awards
- Scholarships worth £3,000, £6,000, or £16,000 (approx. ₹3.2 lakh, ₹6.4 lakh, or ₹17 lakh)
- Open to international fee-paying students with a conditional or unconditional offer for a Master’s degree (including MRes) starting September 2026
- Excludes Leeds MBA and online courses
Eligibility & Application
Applicants must show:
- Strong academic performance
- Proven leadership potential
- Commitment to contributing to the UoL community
Application deadlines:
- Round 1: Apply by 27 February 2026 (5 PM GMT / 10:30 PM IST) → Results by 27 March 2026
- Round 2: Apply by 15 May 2026 (4 PM GMT / 9:30 PM IST) → Results by 12 June 2026
