Are there any universities abroad where Indians can apply without giving IELTS or TOEFL or PTE? And like if they don’t ask for these, what’s the score they actually look for instead?

It is very much possible, like some unis in the US n Europe waive it off if u studied in english medium school for like 3-4 yrs. u gotta show a letter from school saying ur whole education was in english. that counts as “medium of instruction” proof.
Also unis like uni of memphis, state unis in ny or texas sometimes don’t push for IELTS if ur marks in english in boards are 75%+

Trueee and in Italy or Germany some public unis also skip IELTS if ur cbse/isc english was like 80 or above. They just want ur school to send the certificate and that’s it. UK sometimes asks for min 70 in english in 12th to skip IELTS, but be careful tho not every course waives it. check dept pages always.
I just applied last month so ik this from digging 2983 websites. BTW the study abroad forum on discord helped me find all this, they have threads on this exact thing!
