Tips for STA-301?

I’m not taking it this spring semester, I’m planning on taking it in the fall, but is there a way to prepare for this class? I honestly don’t even know what its about and can’t find much about the way UB teaches it. If I just watch any random Introduction to Probability series on YouTube, would that be enough?

Also any advice on what professor should I go with?
Any suggestions would be really helpful.

I feel like you should communicate with professor and try to understand his teaching style. Also you can just take the class as trial and won’t have to sit for exams.
Get in touch with the professors, thats the best thing you can do instead of relying on youtube tutorials.
