Seeking Recommendations for Easy Language or Cultural Studies Courses

I hope you’re doing well. I’m currently in need of 14 more hours in Language or Cultural Studies, with only 6 credits left to fulfill. I’ve already completed Spanish 1441 and 1442 during high school for Dual Credit, and I’m looking for advice on the best course for next semester.

I’d prefer not to continue with Spanish classes and would like to explore other options. My priority is to enroll in the easiest course possible while ensuring the professor has excellent ratings. I’m open to any cultural substitutes unless Spanish 2313 and 2314 are considered easier options.

Your suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated. This semester has been stressful, and I want to avoid more challenging required courses that don’t align with my major.

Thank you in advance for your help!

No worries, I've got you covered! To fulfill your remaining 6 credits in Language or Cultural Studies without adding extra stress, consider courses like Introduction to Cultural Studies, World Literature, Anthropology of Culture, Art History, or Music Appreciation. These courses are generally engaging and manageable.

Check Rate My Professors for highly-rated professors to ensure you have a positive experience, and speak with your academic advisor to confirm these courses meet your requirements. Popular courses fill up quickly, so enroll as soon as you can.
