Along with Fall 2020, even the current students are under duress concerning their student visa status. I am an F1 student who had withdrawn from winter term and came to India due to a family emergency I was not able to enroll for spring semester.

My SEVIS was terminated immediately following withdrawal, now I want to enroll back for Fall 2020 and I was issued a new I-20 as well. I was asked to pay SEVIS fee for the new I-20, my concern is that whether I have to apply for new F-1 visa, since it will be more than 5 months out of US. I still have an unexpired F1 visa though.

I am going back to the same University for same the course.

Please suggest what should I do regarding the situation.
