Confused between these two. Which one to choose?

TOEFL 109
graduation- 69%
Work ex- 14 months in Tech Mahindra
Two publications in a international journal

Hey you haven’t mentioned your course. I am assuming it is for CS. I must say go for Texas Arlington, if u want to go by the ranking of the institute.
