Should I pursue an MS in the US in Fall 2026 given the current and projected economic climate?
It’s good that you have experience as SDE, that will be helpful to get internships and jobs. I would say, it will be a good opportunity for you to do Masters in 2026 Fall. By then, we would have a better idea of probably/possibly new immigration regulations, and if you stand out with your resume, you can get jobs and internships easily.
Its a good thing to aim for masters according to the experience you have. You might be having good opportunities. In reality here in USA no one is getting jobs. As you are asking as per the current and projected economic climate I would recommend you to stay happy and secured in India if you CTC is more than 10LPA.
