I’m considering a Master’s at NTU in Singapore (it’s a top 20 school!), but I’m really confused. I have a BTech with a 9.1 CGPA and almost 3 years of work experience. Is it worth going to Singapore? Any serious advice would be appreciated!
NTU is definitely a strong choice. With your academic record and work experience, you’d be a competitive applicant. Singapore is a hub for technology and finance, so it could be a good career move. But it really depends on what you’re looking for.
Which course are you planning to apply for?
I have a couple of friends who studied in Singapore, though not at NTU specifically. They said the education system is top-notch, and the job market is pretty good for graduates. But they also mentioned that the cost of living is quite high.
That’s one of my main concerns! I know Singapore is expensive. But what about the quality of education? And the job opportunities after graduation?
Hey i have applied for MSc in Financial Technology
The quality of education at NTU is excellent. They have a great faculty. And as for job opportunities, your work experience combined with a Master’s from NTU would make you very attractive to employers, especially in tech-related fields. Plus, Singapore is a gateway to Southeast Asia, which could open up even more opportunities.
