you don’t need to wait for other university results. since you’ve accepted tu ilmenau, you can go ahead and start your german student visa process.
I got to know from my friends that tu ilmenau is solid for cs and engineering, especially if you’re into research. it’s affordable and the professors are supportive. the town is small and quiet, so life is calm, but nightlife and part-time jobs are limited. some admin stuff can be slow at times, but overall it’s a good choice for a research-focused master’s. also if you are looking for immediate part time job then you need to go to bigger city near by. so make your decision accordingly.
