Hello Bhanu,

I want to refinance my current education loan that is with HDFC Credila. I want to refinance for multiple reasons but primary reasons are:

  1. Higher interest rate and they did not reduced it in the span of 2.5 years i.e. from the time I sanctioned my loan to till date.
  2. Very poor customer service - they do not properly respond to my emails regarding current outstanding balance on my loan, receipt when I repaid the loan, and many other things.
