How did you even decide your university?

I am planning to study in Dubai, so I wanted to know how do we actually actually decide which university in Dubai is good? I’ve been reading brochures and everything sounds good

Yeah that’s the problem😅 all brochures sound perfect

Exactly, I’m unable to differentiate

I’ll be honest, I got confused too. Initially I trusted websites and later realised that wasn’t enough

What helped was checking CAA accreditation. That’s something you can’t fake

What happens if a uni doesn’t have that?

Later it affects jobs, visas, even changing countries. It becomes messy

Oh okay… so that’s more important than rankings?

In Dubai, yes. Accreditation first, everything else later

To choose a good university in Dubai, first check UAE Ministry of Education (MOE/CAA) accreditation, as unaccredited degrees may not be recognized. Prefer branch campuses of reputed foreign universities where the degree is identical to the home campus. Look beyond brochures and verify graduate outcomes, internship tie-ups, and alumni employment in the UAE, plus faculty quality and industry links. Finally, compare total cost vs ROI, visa support, and job prospects, not just rankings or marketing claims.
