Who Should Apply?
- Students who were admitted to a university or college in Finland.
- Anyone staying in Finland for more than 90 days.
- First-time applicants must apply from outside Finland.
How to Apply
- Apply online at the Enter Finland website.
- After applying, book an appointment at the embassy or consulate to prove your identity.
- Student applications will be given priority, so their family members might face some delay.
Current Status
- 2,099 student permits have already been approved in 2025.
- 1,247 applications are still being processed as of April 29.
- 75% of applications get a decision in 30 days.
