I have an issue, there is no mention of surname along with my name on the passport. I read somewhere it will be problematic if there is no mention of surname while applying for US visa. I just got my i20 form. I didn’t have much time left, so I paid the Visa fee yesterday. Can you guys suggest me if I can make the necessary corrections now and my title before filling out DS160. Any suggestions???
I guess the surname will not be an issue as long as your other credentials are up to mark.
