Computer Science or Business Analytics track (ASU Online - Data Science B.S)?

Hello all!

So I’m kind of stuck between making a decision on whether to take a Computer Science track, or the Business Analytics track for my Data Science B.S. I’ve frequently switched between them, however I’ve been leaning more towards the Business Analytics track as it sounds like the more sensible and most job-secure decision. I do aspire to work towards a Machine Learning Engineer career role at some point, though the CS track sounds more tailored towards that goal.

Anyone have any suggestions on what I should worry about the most? I am set to begin my first track courses this Fall 2024 term.

if u want to do machine learning work as an aspiration then there’s no reason to do the business analytics track ur better off doing the math or cs track.
