Choosing Between UConn vs UF for MS in Analytics – Need Help!

I’ve been exploring master’s programs in the US that align with careers like Data Scientist or roles in analytics. Two programs have really caught my attention:

MS in Business Analytics and Project Management at the University of Connecticut

MS in Information Systems and Operations Management (Business Analytics) at the University of Florida

I’m kinda stuck deciding between the two. Which one do you think offers better learning, career outcomes, and industry connections—especially for someone aiming to get into data science?

Also saw the University of Connecticut data science tag floating around. Does that program give you a strong enough base to land roles in the US?

Ooh interesting picks. I’ve been checking out UConn too! That Business Analytics and Project Management combo sounds solid if you’re into both tech and managing projects. I think it’s STEM-designated too, which is a plus.

UF is great too though, especially with its business analytics concentration. Their ISOM program is pretty versatile. But if your main goal is to go deep into data science, I’ve heard UConn’s curriculum has more focus on tools like Python, R, and project experience.
