I’m a gap year student considering a US undergrad degree in Computer Science/Data Science. I’d love to hear from someone who’s done it: Was it a good choice? Did you do a US master’s or go straight to work? When do you get work authorization (after undergrad or master’s)? Did working 2-3 years help pay off loans? Any H1-B insights?
