I’m studying BCom rn and thinking of doing an MBA outside India later… mainly US. Kinda confused on how to even start or what all is needed. Anyone else planning this? how to get admission in mba abroad?
Yeah same boat here… I asked a counselor last week and they said u need a good undergrad GPA, 2-3 yrs work experience, GMAT or GRE score, and english test like TOEFL. most US unis prefer some solid work experience before MBA, unlike India where people go right after degree.
Ok so here’s what I know - you can’t apply to most top MBA schools in US directly after BCom, they want you to work first. Like even if your GPA is bomb, they want to see real world stuff you’ve done. Some ppl go for MiM (Masters in Management) first or do internships + jobs and apply later.
I’ve seen ppl on youtube who got into US MBA with non-tech backgrounds like BCom, so it’s definitely possible! but u need to plan early - build resume, get experience, prep for GMAT (it’s hard 
), research universities that fit your requirements. And yeah knowing how to get admission in mba abroad helps a lot bro, wish we had a roadmap or smth
