B1/B2 visa guidance

Hi. I’m applying for a B1/B2 visa and need guidance regarding some questions.
I’m a dentist and work in a clinic in the evening along with this I’m doing my master’s in the morning. In my present work/education, what should I list my education or my employment? Because there is only one option.
