Hey, I recently faced academic dismissal from NEU without a chance to appeal. It's been a tough few weeks dealing with the loss of that opportunity. Anyone else been through this? I messed up by not taking medical leave and ended up failing my classes due to personal issues. I managed to get back in by writing an essay but got officially dismissed in Fall 2023 after not meeting the required GPA. Now I'm reflecting on my habits and considering community college. Has anyone else gone through something similar? Is there hope for me to get into another university?
