Is it hard to get into MBA without work experience?

I want to pursue MBA in the US later, and NYU came up a lot. But like… do they even accept people who don’t have full-time job experience? How to get into good US University if you’re a fresher?

So technically yes you can apply without work experience but it’s not that common. Most students start applying to NYU have like 3–5 yrs of full-time experience. If you are a fresher you need something else that stands out like a startup, strong internships, leadership stuff, or top academics.
