How to successfully secure on campus jobs despite scheduling conflicts

I’ve applied multiple times for on-campus jobs but have been denied each time due to my schedule, despite having ample free hours to work and strong recommendations.

Does anyone have advice on how to successfully secure on-campus employment?

Did they cite working hours as the reason for rejection?

Usually, you know about working hours at the time of the interview. If it doesn’t align well with your schedule, then some alternatives are always discussed.

You can also adjust the working hours on the application portal to show flexibility.
