Application for ms in computer science in University of Texas, Arlington?
I am planning to apply for winter semester for MS. I have started preparing for ielts but having a job and managing both the things its getting difficult and i m bit postponing the ielts examination. I am confused whether i should apply for APS now or wait for IELTS score and then apply???
