My mother name on my Leaving certificate and my previous school records only first name is mentioned but on my graduation marksheets and certificate I mentioned full name now I am confused what should I do ? What name should I use for application everything is messed anyone have idea please guide

I would suggest to use your mother full name everywhere onwards. (as in your graduation documents).Make a simple affidavit stating both names (first name & full name) refer to the same person.And submit that if any mismatch is questioned. I hope this helps. Do let me know
