What are the best career options available for international students in the USA, and what can I do to improve my chances of getting a good job after I graduate?
NETWORK!! While you are studying you must build relationships with people who you want to work for/ with. Best way to do this is to attend networking events and learn how to use LinkedIn there. The LinkedIn culture is very crazy from what I know.
Potential careers are tech, consulting, healthcare, banking, product management, HR, strategy. All of these are pretty competitive and with the job market not being the best in general also hard to tap into.
I talk and help students land internships and learn skills which would help them. Feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn about this and send me a connection request. Please make sure to add a note so that I know you found me on GD Connect.

Hi Dhruvvvv,
I agree with all the answers given above. Additionally, opportunities are still immense in the USA, depending on how you showcase your skills and networking skills to get them. In my experience, the more niche/specialized your skills and job roles are, the better it will be. As per the current market, you cannot be generalized with your resume and approach. You have to pick one particular role/field and specifically look for that job role. For ex- instead of looking for a regular data analyst, business analyst - I will look for a business intelligence analyst, forecast analyst, data engineer, BI engineer etc.
