I want to admit my son to a Canada for certificate course and after completion that he is able to join graduate course, so is it possible to take a loan first for certification course and then again for graduation ?

Yes, you can get an education loan for two courses. However, the loans are not given in one go. You will have to apply for the top-up loan or a second loan. You can read about the same here -
