Yesss they do! A lot of universities in Australia have Australian scholarships for international students for undergrad also. You just have to check university websites carefully. Some give 20-25% off on tuition, some even more if your grades are really good or if you apply early. Look for the ones like UQ International High Achievers or UNSW International Scholarships.
It’s not just for toppers only, I’ve seen students with average marks getting scholarships too just because they applied with strong SOP and early. Also some universities automatically consider you for it when you apply, so no separate form and all. Check Monash, Deakin, and Macquarie too, they got decent ones.
