Charlie Brown, a well-liked character from the renowned comic “Peanuts,” once said “Sometimes I lie awake at night and ask myself- Is life a multiple-choice test or is it a true or false quiz? Then a voice comes out of the dark and says, “We hate to say this but life is a thousand-word essay.”

Is it correct that the GRE test in January of any year is the easiest and the difficulty level rises every month from there?

What is considered a good score in IELTS?

Though it’s a popular myth but that’s not at all true. The GRE is a standardized test conducted by Educational Testing Services (ETS) to test student’s abilities in different sections like Mathematics and Verbal. As it is a computer adaptive test, the level of problems changes according to the performance in the previous section.
If the level of the exam would have been different in different months, the whole concept of testing aspirants from different academic backgrounds on a common parameter would have got nullified.

IELTS scores range from 1 to 9 (non-user to expert). You will be given a band score from 1 to 9 for each section of the test – Reading, Listening, Writing & Speaking. 6 is termed as a competent score while anything above 7 is considered a good score in IELTS.

In Germany, you do not need proficiency in Germany for a Master’s degree. There are many English-taught programs. However, some programs may require a B1 or B2 German proficiency. The requirement is not for every course and is asked only for select courses. You’ll be fine for the most part if you are from the STEM field.
But having knowledge of German language is definitely going to help you professionally and personally as well. To better integrate with German society, it is recommended to get some basic knowledge of the language. Even though it is not required by your program, it will be beneficial to you.

Medical education abroad is very different from medical education here in India. In North America, for example, it takes a lot longer to complete medical education than it does in India. In India, you can jump to a medical degree right after college. But that is not so in America. You’ll have to do an undergraduate degree, called Pre-Med. After that, you’ll have to do a Medical degree for your masters.
