42 Colleges and Universities in Canada Relax TOEFL IELTS Requirements
In these uncertain and anxious times when IELTS test centers from both the British Council and IDP have shut down and TOEFL has become a challenge to take, 40 educational institutions in Canada have relaxed their English language requirements.
