Who helps international students with student accommodation in the UK?

Hey everyone! I’ve been looking into studying in the UK, and while unis sound great, figuring out where I’ll stay is stressing me out
Who helps international students with student accommodation in the UK?

Do any colleges or outside organizations help international students with student accommodation in the UK? Would love to hear from people who’ve already been through this!

Totally get you! It’s one of the first things that hit me too. Most unis actually have halls or some kind of first-year accommodation sorted for international students. It’s usually mentioned on their website once you get an offer. But yeah, spots fill up fast.

Yep, some unis even guarantee housing if you’re an international student and apply by a certain deadline. Also, there are student housing providers like Unite Students, Student Roost, and Amberstudent — they work with students from all over.

Adding to that — some local councils or charity-based orgs help too, especially if your uni doesn’t have space or you’re on a tight budget. And sometimes uni student unions have FB groups where seniors post available spots. Super useful!

Also, check if the uni has any partnerships — mine had deals with private student accommodation in the UK that made it cheaper. Didn’t know until someone mentioned it in a webinar, lol. So always ask admissions or check their FAQs.
