Which university—Penn State, University of Manchester, Boston University, or UC Davis—is the best for an Indian undergraduate student in Computer Engineering?

I’m applying for Computer Engineering and considering Penn State, the University of Manchester, Boston University, and UC Davis (though I’m leaning away from Davis). My goal is to work in the US tech industry, ideally at companies like Google or NVIDIA. Penn State’s US-focused alumni network seems advantageous for job placement, unlike Manchester’s UK-centric network.

Additionally, I plan to transfer to a higher-ranked US university later, which I believe is easier from a US institution. I need help deciding which university best aligns with my goals.
