I’m looking at doing my MS in computer science in the US and I’m confused between University of Texas Arlington and Illinois Institute of Tech Chicago. Which one is better if I’m thinking about job chances, companies around and research stuff? Has anyone been to either of them or knows friends who did?
I think University of Texas Arlington computer science is a decent choice if u care about cost n chill vibes. Texas has lots of tech companies around Dallas area so internships n jobs are there if u look hard. Not ivy league obv but people do fine
Heard IIT Chicago has better research stuff n profs but also crazy expensive

job-wise both kinda similar unless ur aiming for something super elite. Chicago has more networking tho since it’s a bigger city. Depends what you want more honestly
