So first of all, yes, universities do offer scholarships, but there’s no single form for all. There are two main types:

University scholarships – These are given by the university itself based on your profile (academics, leadership, research, etc.). Some are automatic (no separate form needed), while others need a separate application.

External scholarships – These are offered by organisations outside the university (like Fulbright, Inlaks, DAAD, Chevening, etc.), and each has its own website and process.

Another really good way to fund your studies is to apply for Research Assistant (RA) positions. Here’s how:

Find professors at your target universities whose research interests match yours.

Email them with your CV and a short intro, showing how your background aligns with their work.

If they agree to take you as an RA, they usually offer a stipend and fee waiver, which covers a big part of your expenses.
