Things to know before picking off-campus housing near ASU Tempe?
Planning to go to Arizona State University and trying to understand what to look for in off-campus housing around Tempe… kinda overwhelmed ngl 
. What stuff should I keep in mind before choosing a place? Safety? Commute? Furnished or not? Need help pls. I’ve been seeing a lot of options under arizona state university housing but no clue what’s actually good.

Okay so I’m already here at ASU…definitely you should look for places near the shuttle or light rail stops, trust me it helps when it’s 100+ degrees 
. Also check if it’s furnished, some places look cheap then you end up spending more on basics like a bed lol. And do read reviews on google, they expose everything

Yeah I made the mistake of picking the cheapest one lol big regret 
. My room has AC issues and management just ghosts me. Now i always ask ppl on Reddit or Discord what they think of an apartment before i even tour. Good wi-fi + maintenance support is a must!!
