The Romania Government Scholarship 2025, funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, offers fully funded undergraduate, master’s, and PhD scholarships for non-EU students at accredited Romanian universities. The application deadline is March 12, 2025.

*A 7/10 academic performance indicates that you need at least 70% of the total marks in your most recent completed studies. Most grading systems consider this a “Good” or “Above Average” score.
