Query on LOR for different universities

Nowadays, each university wants the LOR to be submitted on their portal by the refree. How do we coax them to fill in the LORs having different questions for every university?

Usually, there is not an astronomical difference in the questions and the professors give LOR. You must request them well in advance for providing an LOR. Make good equations with your faculty and ask for LOR with someone you have interactions with.
