The past couple of years have been tough for all of us, and there is no doubt about it that each one has started thinking of life in a different way. Life has taken a 180-degree turn for all of us. Neither of us can think of living life the way we lived before the pandemic hit us. Some things have changed for the better while some aren’t the way we wanted them to be but adjusting to the new normal is the sole reality of these times. Amid a lot of hiccups we all have faced over the months, one thing that has been a big-time saviour is information and communication technology. Had we been living even a decade back, things could have gone much worse. The way ICT helped people in these times is indeed a silver lining for all of us.
