GyanDhan Scholarship - The deadline for the scholarship is 31st August every year. Since you are applying for the January 2022 session, fill in the scholarship application next year.

Quebec Provincial Government Scholarship - If your target university is in Quebec.
PEO International Peace Scholarships for Women - this scholarship is for women specifically for universities in the US and Canada.

Rest, I would suggest getting in touch with the admissions office of your target university. Most foreign universities keep a reserve of scholarships for international students. They can be merit-based and need-based. The need of the student is determined by the university.
