Is University Hall 08 a building or room number?

Is University Hall 08 a building or room number? I have Business and Professional Comm (Lecturer: Kapellusch) for Tues/Thurs section 002 (11-12:20PM). I know it’s in UC building, but I don’t know the if the 08 is a building or room number. (If anyone knows the room number or also enrolled in this class, let me know, so I can plan my route before Tuesday next week lol )

The class is in the basement of University hall, UH is located near Central Library and SEIR building. Just a tip, rooms starting with 0 or 2 digits mostly indicate basement and rooms with 3 digits starting with 1 indicate 1st floor and so on Like ex: room 101 is on the first floor and room 201 is 2nd floor
