Is it advisable to pursue Bachelors in Design from abroad?
I am currently in 12th grade and have appeared for government design entrance examinations in India. However, I am not optimistic about securing admission to a government design college. Furthermore, I have heard mixed reviews about the quality of education and the high fees at private design schools in India.
Given this, I am considering pursuing an undergraduate degree in design from a foreign university.
Many people advise me to complete my undergraduate studies in India and then pursue a master’s degree abroad. However, I am concerned that the design education offered by private universities in India may not be sufficiently advanced and that the rapid expansion of design programs in engineering colleges indicates a still-developing field within India.
Would pursuing an undergraduate degree in design abroad provide me with better exposure and a more comprehensive education?
