India accounts for the second largest number of foreign students in the US after China. There are more than 200,000 Indian students in the US.

A positive step, in-line with expectations. I wouldn’t pin my hopes on this passing anytime soon. It will definitely be one of the first reforms in the H1B policy that is bound to happen in the coming years and willl fuel see a further increase in the appeal of US as a destination for higher education.
