Good time to do a Supply Chain Management masters in Germany next year?

I’m planning to apply for Master’s programs in Supply Chain Management in Germany for next year, specifically at public universities. I have a BCOM and one year of experience in shipping. Considering the current economic climate, is this a wise career move?
