Yes, but you will be eligible for a loan only from an international lender. There are international lenders that offer education loans to students to study abroad. These loans are given without any co-signer or collateral. Since your father is an NRI and doesn’t get the salary electronically, it would be feasible for you to apply for a loan from an international lender.
